Delete in the app

Open the OxynX app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated data.

Or request deletion by email

No app access needed. Email us from your account’s email address and we’ll process your deletion. To protect your account, we may verify your identity first.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we delete the personal data linked to your OxynX account from our active systems, including:

  • Your account and profile (name, email, and contact details)
  • Health and wellness data — records, medications and reminders, nutrition and meal plans, workout plans, cycle and symptom data
  • Uploaded files, photos, voice input, and notes you added
  • Companion and app activity tied to your account

What may be kept, and why

We may retain a limited amount of data only where required, such as for legal compliance, security and fraud prevention, billing, or dispute resolution. Encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling basis (within 90 days). De-identified or aggregated data that is no longer linked to you may be retained.

How long it takes

After a verified request, we delete or de-identify account-linked data from active systems within 30 days, except where a longer period is required by law.
