How do I get started?
Download OxynX, create your account, and add your records, medications, and routines — or import from a health source you authorize. Your companion helps you set up the rest.
Is my health data private?
Yes. OxynX is privacy-first: your data is encrypted in transit, never sold, and never used to train AI models, and you can delete your account and data at any time. Read our full Privacy Policy.
How does the AI assistant work?
AI assist is optional and helps organize and summarize your information. It’s held to the same privacy protections as the rest of OxynX, and the AI providers we use are bound by strict agreements — they can’t train their models on your data or use it for anything else. AI supports your care; it never replaces your doctor or clinician.
How do I manage reminders and notifications?
Set medication, refill, and check-in reminders inside the app. You can adjust or turn off notifications anytime in the app’s settings or in your device’s notification settings.
How do meal and workout plans work?
OxynX builds personalized meal and workout plans around your goals and preferences. You can regenerate or adjust them whenever you like.

Account & data deletion
You can request deletion of your OxynX account and associated data at any time:
- In the app: open Settings → Account → Delete account, where available.
- By email: send a request from your account email to admin@oxynx.com with the subject “Account Deletion.” To protect your account, we may verify your identity first.
After a verified request, we delete or de-identify account-linked data from active systems within 30 days, except where a longer period is required by law. See the full account deletion page and our Privacy Policy for details.
